Our Mission

    The mission of the Norris Music Boosters is to provide support to the music department at Norris School District #160. This group will support the performing groups through volunteer work at the various activities sponsored through the Boosters, chaperoning group trips, and fundraising. This group also serves as the public relations arm of the music department by supplying news to the local media sources.

Who is a Booster?

    As you may or may not be aware, if your child is involved in Middle or High School Band, or 7th through 12th grade Chorus, you are a member of the Norris Music Boosters. We would very much like to call you an "active member" and are urging you to become involved.

How do you do this?

    First of all, by attending our regular meetings which are held on the fourth Monday of every month and are listed on the school activities calendar. We need each one of you! If you cannot attend the Music Booster meetings, you can still become involved with any of the numerous activities we have planned this year just by contacting one of the members of the executive board.
