President Gayle French called the meeting to order. The minutes were approved as read. No checks were written so the Treasurer's report was the same as last month.
Annette Mitchell reported that 31 students were able to participate in the District Music Contest. The Spring Recital list is being prepared. The Show Choir will not perform at the Spring Recital. Titan Singers auditions will start soon and the Show Choir auditions will be May 1st.
OLD BUSINESS: Chris, Janis, and Robin will set up the Spring Recital at 6:00pm. Volunteers can come at 6:00pm. Desserts will be served at intermission. Joyce will call volunteers this week-end. Donations will be taken as people get their desserts. Janis will bring the basket.
The District Music contest participants need parents to volunteer to be bus sponsors. Janis is able to go. Robin can go on the day the band plays.
NEW BUSINESS: Nomination for next year's officers will be done by e-mail. Gayle will contact people to ask for volunteers. The Spring Concerts will be May 13th for High School and May 14th for Middle School.
The next meeting is April 29th at 6:30pm at Gayle French's home. It will be a celebration of the year's accomplishments.
