"The real voyage of discovery lies not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes." - Marcel Proust |

I am in my third year of teaching at Norris High School and I am proud to consider myself a Norris Titan. I have a passion for teaching reading and writing and this year I have changed my teaching style to include a workshop approach. Students that enter my room enter into a community of readers and writers and we support each other's efforts to become better in these two fields. A little about me... I received my bachelor's degree from Doane College in 2005. I have a degree in English and Theatre and I am currently working on my masters degree from Concordia University in literacy education. I also coach the competition one act in the fall, direct the Spring Play, and sponsor Titan Players. How to reach me: I can be reached in several ways. You can stop by to see me before school, during period 5B or after school in S-3. You can e-mail me at michelle.pearman@norris160.org with any questions or concerns you have. Please include an e-mail address or telephone number where I can reach you.
