The essay for this assignment will require you to choose a process (how something is made or how something works), research the intricacies of that process, and write a process description paper. 

Remember:

*Your final essay should be typed and at least four pages long.

*Use 12 point Times New Roman font.

*Margins should be no more than 1 inch.

*Double space.

*Use process descriptions (statements) rather than instructions (commands).

*Use the passive voice.

*Create a heading for each major step in the process.  The description will follow.  (Refer to the example given in class)

*Include a visual. (drawing, diagram, picture, flowchart)

*Your paper should include an introduction, body (headings and process descriptions), and a conclusion.

*Remember to accurately cite any sources you use to obtain your information (Works Cited Page).  If you are quoting a source within your essay, be sure to use in-text citations.
