The essay for this assignment will require you to choose 3-5 of your personal goals, and develop them into a formal essay.

Remember:

*Your final essay should be typed and at least four pages long.

*Use 12 point Times New Roman font.

*Margins should be no more than 1 inch.

*Double space.

*You may use first person in this essay because it is a personal essay.

 *Create a heading for each of your goals.  The heading may refer to the goal itself, or may be the area of your life into which the goal fits.  Each paragraph of the body should be preceded by a centered heading.

*Your paper should include an introduction, body (headings and personal goals), and a conclusion.

*Remember to accurately cite any sources you used to obtain your information at the end of your essay.  If you are quoting a source in your essay, be sure to use in-text citations.  Outside sources are not required for this essay, but if used- remember to cite appropriately.  Refer to the “Format of Formal Papers” handout.
