Degrees Held & Institution Received From:  Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska and a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction from Doane College

Why I love my job: It's a joy to see young children blossom, and especially when they discover themselves as readers and writers!

Family:  My husband Doug and three children.  My oldest daughter is a senior at UNL majoring in psychology, my son is a junior at UNL majoring in Spanish and History, and my youngest daughter is a freshman at UNL. majoring in Elementary Education and Spanish.

Hobbies/Interest Areas: I love to read, spend time with family and friends and am active in my church.   I believe strongly in the value of giving of oneself to help others, by volunteering for something you believe in.
