Tech 8 is a quarter long eighth grade technology class with a focus on different areas of

 technology.  Areas covered include producing a brief overview and history of technology; experiencing interactive computer modules applying

 various curriculum areas; designing and building CO2 powered balsa wood dragsters; and

 an introduction into AutoCAD, a powerful computer drafting program.

 "Tech 8 links" provides access to Internet sites that are related to units we study in this class.
