ATTENTION: All prospective student-athletes must complete the amateurism certification questionnaire. If you are looking to enroll winter/spring 2010, you will need to login and request final amateurism certification by signing the 10.1 statement now. (If you enrolled full time in a Division I or II institution prior to 2007, you do not need to complete the amateurism questions.)
