Cooperation
Cooperation means working or playing together peacefully. When we cooperate with other people, we listen to other people's ideas and may need to compromise, or give in a little, to reach a common goal. Cooperation involves taking turns, sharing, and doing your part to help complete a task.

Parents may promote cooperation by:
Scheduling household chores at a time when all family members can work together to finish them.
Initiating a fun project that involves all family members (family outing, garden, jigsaw puzzle, etc.)
"Catching" your child cooperating & offering your encouragement by verbally showing your appreciation.
