How can I add an email pop-up notify program on my computer so I get a pop-up message when email arrives? (Staff only on school computers.) This will work for all web browsers.  You should really be using the Google Chrome Web Browser, and if so... just add this extension: Mail Checker Plus It is great for Gmail notifications.

Google makes a tool for exporting mail, contacts and calendars out of Outlook and importing into Google.  Tool is here. (We do not provide tech support on this tool.) (No longer used since Outlook has been dropped.)

Does Google Docs support Microsoft Publisher Types of files?  No, but you can still upload them and share them.  Learn more about that here. FOr publisher files, you need to get those converted to Open Office Draw.  (See our Open Office help section.)

How can I search for mail?? search “in:inbox is:unread” to see all unread messages in your inbox (more search operators: http://goo.gl/AM0H)
