Students are given a placement test at the beginning of the year to determine the spelling program that is right for them. Students will be in 5th grade spelling, 6th grade spelling, or Greek & Latin. Typical spelling schedule: Wednesdays - pretest; write your words on the Home Study Cursive paper. Thursdays - do the 1st page in the unit Fridays - do the 2nd page in the unit Monday - do pages 3 and 4, and the challenge page. Tuesdays - Take the TEST. Do pages 5 & 6 for vocabulary development.
