The enrollment numbers above illustrate the difficulty in accurately predicting upcoming enrollment growth.  The ten-year average annual increase in enrollment is about 2.5%.  Using that 2.5% annual growth rate, the enrollment 10 years from now will be 2,160.  The enrollment would be increasing 40-50 students per year.

The enrollment increase in the past three years has been much more rapid:  around 4.7% per year, or 72 additional student per year.  That rate of increase, projected for ten years, would result in a total enrollment of around 2,676.  The 2,160 mark would be surpassed in the sixth year.
