The dedication ceremony, originally planned for the fall, is now being planned for the spring.  The plaques will be presented then.

We are excited to announce that your cash and in-kind donations have put us within $9,000 of the $130,000 goal.  Recent developments include the construction of dugouts (donated by Stephens and Smith Construction) and the press box (donated by Ayars and Ayars).  There is still time to add your name to the Norris Park Project Donor board, for any donation or pledge of $250 or more.  A list of donors, current through October 15, is included in this newsletter.

Softball enthusiasts:  as soon as we receive $3000 more, we will be able to order lights for the field.  Another key need is additional bleacher seating.  A landscape planning committee has been active throughout the summer and fall.  Contact Co-chairs Vicki Wohlers or Jim Craig if you wish to become involved with the landscaping aspect, or to donate trees, shrubs, or other landscaping materials.
