I believe education empowers people and opens doors! I love teaching as much as I love school counseling! I care deeply about my students!  I love serving families of all backgrounds! I find incredible joy seeing students grow personally, succeed academically, set goals for the future, and enjoy learning.  It is my privilege to serve students and families at Norris!

I am so very thankful for my great husband of 35 years. We have two children.  Our daughter has a masters in school psychology & serves a special education teacher in a metropolitan city, and our son-in-law is an engineer. We had our first grandchild this summer! Our son is currently completing his PhD in musicology. Everyone's favorite family member is our dog Lieutenant Dan.
