DESCRIPTION

Visual Basic is an introduction to computer programming in Visual Basic. Microsoft’s Visual Basic is one of the most widely used programming languages in the world. This course will allow you to develop programming skills to develop executable programs, write VB script for Web Pages and automate tasks in Microsoft Office. Course will include basics of computers and fundamentals of computer science.


COURSE OBJECTIVES

1. The student will be able to load, edit and run Visual Basic Programs from the VB Programming environment.
2. The student will be able to create interactive programs that include graphics and test.
3. The student will be able to translate algorithms into programming code.
4. The student will be able to use program using objects and classes.

WRITING ACTIVITIES

1. Students will write every time they program code. Computer syntax which models the rules of grammar will have to be followed precisely whenever programs are coded.
