This page will contain links opened for students of high school teachers who are being evaluated by administration this year.  Students will be accessed during IAP and directed to open the hyperlink that is open at that time in order to provide input on the perceived quality of key indicators of instructional and relationship efficacy for these teachers. 

This perceptual data requested of students provides administration with important information about teachers.  This is an anonymous survey.  While individual results are not disclosed to teachers, aggregate data are.  Patterns in student perception provide one valuable means of communicating back to teachers about their strengths and potential areas for instructional growth.

Students completing the surveys are encouraged to seriously contemplate their responses to each individual item.  You may return to class after completion of the linked survey for your teacher/s.  Thank you!
