Harvey Alston to address Norris High School Students August 21st

 

Norris High School is thrilled to welcome renowned national speaker Harvey Alston for a presentation to our high school students and faculty on August 21st at 9 a.m. in the Norris High School auditorium.  Mr. Alston brings his powerful, positive message – to be the best—to the Titans.  Mr. Alston has presented several years at the Sportsmanship Summit in Nebraska, receiving high praise and a ringing endorsement from the Norris students and staff who have heard him present there.

 Mr. Alston has been a full-time speaker on the national circuit for nearly twenty years.  He has also accrued extensive experience in business management and leadership in food service and the restaurant industries. With an exceptional business leadership record, Mr. Alston takes his knowledge gained from successful marketing experiences to the stage with insights into how young people can cultivate and promote a positive self-image that is enhanced through goal setting and attainment. 

Mr. Alston is the author of four books and numerous articles.  He has received many awards and national recognition as a speaker and civic-minded individual.  He is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Ohio Speakers Forum.  He serves as an advisor and member of public service panels and commissions.  He presents workshops on relationships, conflict resolution, attitudes, goal setting, and work ethic to successful corporations across the United States.
