Why School Administration:    I like working with the entire school system. It's great to observe how every employee in the school district has a vital role in educating students.  Everyone from cafeteria staff, maintenance personnel to bus drives all have an important role.  Its exciting to work with such a wide variety of people with the same focus.  I'm blessed to have the opportunity to be a school administrator.  Since I started my education career, I have never gone to work, I go to school!

Professional Organizations:       Nebraska Council of School Administrators

Association of School Administrators

Family:          My wife Kim is now staying at home raising our three children, Colton, Paige and Olivia.  Colton loves basketball, baseball, hunting and fishing.  Paige enjoys volleyball, softball and the outdoors.  Olivia is big into helping mom around the house, playing with her dolls and our dog Duke.

Interests:
I enjoy all family activities. My passion is the outdoors- bow hunting, and fishing.  I really enjoy taking my kids out with me.  It’s amazing to see the excitement in their eyes when they have a fish on the line or a turkey strutting in front of them.  It’s not the kill; it’s the experience we share together.

I believe in taking your kids hunting instead of hunting for your kids.
