Teen Economics 
 

This is a semester course for teens focusing on various aspects of teenage life. 
Included in the course are topics such as leadership, self esteem, relationships,
strengths and talents, friends and family relations, food and nutrition, living design
and fashion and clothing design.  These topics are approached from the viewpoint of learning to live as a responsible consumer and productive member of society. 
This class is unique in that students may work independently or with a group. 
Collaboration of resources is emphasized.Students will participate in an elementary school mentoring program, working one-on-one with elementary students and teachers.
