Norris is a Class B, K-12, North Central Accredited School District of approximately 2000 students and 230 staff members located just south of Lincoln.  Norris was consolidated in 1964 from Cortland, Firth, Hickman, Holland, Panama, Princeton, Roca and the surrounding area. Visit InterLinc for information on the surrounding towns & area. Norris is a progressive school district organized on a PS-4, 5-8, 9-12 basis with modern facilities and excellent technology capabilities. 

Norris is currently accepting applications for the following positions for the 2010-2011 school year.

  • EXTRA DUTY ASSIGNMENTS
    Middle School Activities Director; Head Football Coach; Head Cross Country Coach; 8th Grade Volleyball Coach These extra duty positions include a percent of base stipend. Contact Athletic Director Greg Hardin or Assistant Superintendent John Skretta for additional info.
  • HS Social Studies
    High School Social Studies teaching position, specific course assignments to be determined by HS Principal.
  • MS Physical Education (.5 FTE)
    MS PE Teacher, half time, specific grade level assignments and schedule to be determined by MS Principal. Salary and benefits correspond to half-time assignment.
  • POSITION FILLED: MS Mathematics - 7th Grade
    The MS Mathematics Position advertised in Omaha World Herald 3-14-10 has been filled through internal reassignment and we are no longer soliciting applicants for this position.
