The Board President recognizes visitors and representatives who may wish to address the Board. The Board will listen but will take no action on matters not on the agenda. At its discretion, the Board may later place an item brought to its attention on the agenda of a future meeting.
No person may orally initiate charges or complaints against individual District employees at the meeting. All such charges or complaints should be presented to the Superintendent or Board in writing, signed by the complainant.
